Good morning! How is your morning going so far?

I love that its smaller here, but still GREAT information! I have been on Oxygen for awhile, and have learned alot. But , again I cant stand when people think they are so much better than others. Have you ever competed?

I am not even close to that type of a level, but admire every people who have the discipline to compete!

Oh, my massage guy just texted me and said he will be in touch with me tomorrow....so hopefully I can get in to see him Thurs or Friday. My kids last day of school is tomorrow, so its going to be so much harder getting into him. I dont have alot of people to watch the kids.

How are you feeling? Do you think the trigger point massage helped?

Lastly, is there a way to edit your posts on here once you already posted?

Yes it is different than Oxygen, but in a good way! It is a little smaller and everyone is great and pretty tight here.
I try to make sure I post info everyday being that this is a fitness board and you can never know to much.

We have a couple of ladiies her, Dixiechick and Ironpumpedlady, both who have competed. Then we have some other ladies here also. I brough a few other ladies here from Oxygen also, 3 sweeties, NRAchick and workout mom.

Hi again! I am still getting used to these boards, its a little different than Oxygen. But wow Janice, you have posted some incredible information! I started reading some of your threads last night, this board is wonderful!!

Hi Janice, I am glad you had a good massage! I didnt end up getting mine, kind of a long story ( I will tell you later). I am still having quite a bit of pain in my hamstring, its such a nagging thing that just doesnt want to go away.

And then of course the inner hip area, and also the upper quads, again this is getting so frustrating!
