      Hi Baby1,
      I'm doing ok. Training is going well and I am thinking of competing again in a powerlifting contest in Oct. At 56 that should be fun. I'm about 245 or 250 now. Can't say enough about skinny beef. Will be placing new order in about a week. Olympus is great. I'm much impressed. Thank you so much for all your help and the kind words. You guys are doing a great job. I try to help out as much as I can and will continue to.

      How are you? Whats new? STill getting the SkinnyBeef? I just order more and they come in 8lbs now instaed of 6. WE love it and eat no other beef now. I hope you are well?

      Good morning olded,

      You are welcome!!! Fuzo and I really love the beef also and we just got the jerhy to, which was great. You get spoiled real fast after tasting this beef. Worth the money to know we are getting good quality beef without all of the crap added to it.
