Yes I love numbers, and 21 has a few close meanings to me. Now I started something I called " The ritual to become habitual" a couple years ago. Drew up a chart, and put our family names on it. Tracked new things, daily, that I wanted to change for 21 days. Implemented some new health/self care changes...
My most recent21 day change was deleting a social media account. Now I really did like it, and I had my feed fitered somuch as to not see anything political or daily crap
My uncle, whom I was very close to, passed back in December. Since then I have been working with the vets in his village who offer a program where they fly a flag in memory of a vet. What they do is fly the flag first at the White House and then it is sent to the village and flown for a month in memory of the vet. It is also show on a cable channel all month long of who it is being flown in memory for. After the month is over, it is taken down and presntede to the family along with a certificate.
