so I am doing my first cycle instead of TRT that was prescribed by my doctor

I am 42
182 pounds
5"10

I was able to get sustanon and estrogen blockers,
a friend told me to use the estrogen blockers every other day and someone else told me to take it same day I take the sustnaon,

my goal is todo one cycle and go off for 6 months
