Training experience (years):
wanted to be a professional bodybuilder since I was 14. when I first saw a flex magazine at a supermarket and bought it that was it. It had pictures of Rich gasparri who happened to live in Edison New Jersey. I lived in Woodbridge New Jersey which was about 2 mi away. I think that's what made me think I can make it I was like a guy 2 mi from here can make it I could too. I started competing at 18 I came in second at the teenage New Jersey at a 12th competitors so I did pretty well. then I went on to compete until 2000 when I hung it up for a career.

I was an attorney but I was lucky enough to retire at 49 I don't do s*** now and it's great.

back in my biggest when I was competing I did 405 for two reps which was the stupidest thing I ever
