TweetActually, dickR can deadlift quite a bit for weighing 185. He can rep out 405 for a few, but he needs to widen the lats not the lower back. Dick, do your wide grip pull-downs first before deads or bent over rows. Work on those lagging parts first when u walk in the door!!!!!!

Tweeti'm 5'10" down to 190 from 205 lbs post cycle, can deadlift 405 8-10 times, squat 405 6-8 times w/ free bar all the way to 90 degrees, max bench about 255 (was 275 right after end of cycle, upper chest always was hard to build for me but working on it), rows with 225 on the bar for 8-10. i'm kind of the reverse of most body builders, my legs are bigger in proportion than my upper body.
