Tweetmy 4th week back after a long summer off.starting wght was about 185,last week hit 210.b/f was between 9-10%.did 1st 2wks 10x10,last 2wks have been 8x8.Sunday starts my max-ot,altho a bit revised i think i put it together in order to fit my goals and strengthen my weak points like delts and overall legs.not too bad for 44yrs old,huh...lol?!

Tweetnot bad at all brother!!! your frikin 210 looks bigger than my 210, lol... i had a ruff patch this summer too...lost about 6 weeks in the gym. only been back for about 3. i went down to 198, but i'm also back to 210...alot has to do with nutrition... missing the workout wasnt the worst of it, the 1 or 0 meals a day was the prob for me!!

Tweetthat was my problem too.since i was landscaping 10-12hrs a day i couldn't get the cals in me fast enough.even when i did have time for the gym i didn't bother since my nutrition was way off balance.right now i'm just trying to pack on as much as possible.lookin to get to 230 by mid winter then slowly start comin down to the low 220's but nice and sliced.would love to do a show that comes up every November by next year.by then i'll be 45.had a few chances in my 20's to do a few,even got coached a bit by the infamous Bill Grant from Pumping iron.got me a sponsor and everything but i chose a different road to travel and paid the price.now for me there's no turning back.i'm in my zone now,i can feel it....

Tweetdude...thats me too!! 230 is my target as well...i wish i could get this pic off my phone and post it. i went from 229 last winter down to a very tight 215 this summer...and if i took a pice a couple weeks earlier i was 220 and in the best shape of my life....i too want 230-235 and trim it up to 220 next summer...i dont compete at all....just want to see what i can do

Tweet5'10"(really 10.5" but my girl gets mad when i add the half,lol.)haven't ran the tape as of yet this year,just my arms from last year which were a hair under 18" and i do mean a hair.i do know tho in the last month i put on one solid inch on my overall leg development.won't put the numbers yet cause i'm kind embaressed but in the next 2mnths i will.i know i can force some nice thick growth out of them this winter.after this i'm staying off the scale for at least every month.go by the mirror and gauge by wght gain every now and then. i freak out if i lose a single pound.i can fluctuate so easily.210 one day,5 days later 204.messed up metabolism i guess,lol!

Life happens...riding the same roller coaster, keep that November date and just do it. Just getting there on that stage- you'll have accomplished one of your dreams.
Tweetlookin good bro, i was going to guess your arms were at least 18", good to know i haven't lost my touch with guessing measurements. It's interesting how all of us guys around 5'10" have the goal of at least 230lbs, guess we all view the same size as pretty ideal for us. seems you, dave and i all have the tough time of balancing our cals with our activity levels and schedules. If i go one day with just 3 meals as opposed to 6, i'll drop 3-4lbs overnight. It's ridicuolous. Keep fighting for that weight. I'll be 40 in 3 1/2 years and my goal is to hit the 40+ class at the same show i did in 2005. Staying motivated will keep us young.
