Tweethad to take this one today from my phone at a weird angle which is why you can't see my calf.this time last year my legs were at least 2x smaller than now.been hitting them as hard as possible using heavy wght/low sets-4-6reps for 2wks then on 3rd week if i've gone up in wght or was able to do all 3sets for 6 reps i'll do about 75% of that wght for a 20rep set after warm ups.now i have to really start blasting calves like no tomorrow...
