TweetSo finally here are some pics I had taken by my impatient girlfriend,..first thing in the morning, obviously trying to look my worst for a good "Before" photo. Now I can really understand how y'all feel about pictures, I dont look at all like that when I look in the mirror ! I allways thought I looked older and built too much like my dad..eeeew. I also understand how you can be kinda,..whats the word im lookin' for ? compulsive maby ?,..like you just dont see yourself as good as others do ? anyway from me looking at that I think I look like I need to really work harder. im in the gym monday thru saturday and I have Kempo twice a week,..today I just feel beat. So there ya go FG, finally after so many years and outta the gym for ten months these are my pics.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

TweetWell thanks everybody I appreciate the help. I really am trying to get into to looking good like y'all, I want my abs to show and I want some wings. I see all these before and after pics and I know I can do that too. I dont feel fortyfour but I realize my body is ofcourse so im really going for it like never before. Im not on anything and haven't been for years after my ex GF probally screwed that one up for me. thats where I got alot of help in gaining the the size in my quads, I was squating 280 for like twelve reps at a time ! you're right you get pretty strong on the oil.(sly grin) anyway, Im doing this all by myself all my friends aren't really into or dont have the time like I do, and I have a belt test comming up in seven weeks thats gonna run for three hours..next one will be four and a half, black belt I hear is going to be seven ! I been laying off the beer etc, and have some good supps that are working for me pretty good. I will keep ya posted as I go.
