TweetTrying to get my size back after a few year lay off, Took this today sitting at 170# right now, 33" waist, BF% unknown not good at guessing but depending on the angle of pic and my ability to flex I can show a little bit of abs at times so I know its decent. I'm tracking my progress through pics and have tons so far will post a transformation thread detailing next year when hopefully I'll be in low 200s at sub 10%. BTW I'm about 5' 8ish.

Tweetya thx man, been there before just let my self go. Was 205# before the layoff. Lost over 50# shrunk all the way down to 153.5# by beginning of January this year.
Tweetdeff. got a better base than me! i'm 5'8" sitting at 193# with a some bf but gonna burn that off starting after my cycle ends in mid May. GL with your goal and keep us posted!

Tweetthx guys, I'm gonna have to up the cals a little because my weight isnt moving up. I'm eating 3,100 right now but gonna bump to 3,300. I always watch real close though because my body responds quickly to diet changes and really want to stay lean durring the bulk.
