TweetI am man. I am at the point that I want to stay in the gym. But I do have a couple rest days built in. I got 225 3 times on my bench the other day. So I will keep a record of that going on here also. I had already done my full workout when I tried to max out. Just hit a 2nd wind. If I could ever get over this chest congestion I could get back to running... It is kicking my butt.

TweetThanks. I got 225 4 times today. Could have done a little more but don't want to over do it. I did 200 8 reps 3 times before this. My dumbell bench is going up and seem to enjoy that more than flat bench.

TweetSo this is a little update. I have been fighting a little neck pain which is depressing. And a little bloated cause of the prednisone I am on. But I am feeling better every day. Starting this week cardio gets kicked up and adding more weight.

TweetAh yeah I know. I was at GNC a few months ago and a guy comes in with his wife/gf and says ... I want to know if I got ripped off.. Or do you have anything that really works... It was some type of fat burner and you can clearly tell this couple doesn't eat right or workout. Me and the wife just kind of laugh as the GNC guy sells them more miracle drugs for fat loss.. It is a work in progress. But I feel much better while going to the gym... Thanks for the comments...
