TweetLast shot yesterday (after 11 weeks of 700mg test). Here's the final photo. I kept my weight roughly the same - about 10lb up, but seriously changed my body composition - much leaner, and much thicker.
Now - how do I keep this up? I want to maintain as much size as possible... PCT is planned properly. My concern is getting fat again lol.

Tweetwith your PCT in order- focus on eating clean. You will lose some size , but don't let that bother you- just eat clean and stay in the gym- continue to lift and do cardio. You have a very good base- take your time and build it right!
