Fuzo the base of my diet is essentially 8-10oz of meat with 1/3 cup of nuts every three hours. I take a protein shake to start my day off with a 1/3 cup of oats (but most the time substitute a latte with no sugar instead of oats ) and another protein shake immediately following my workout and I take a 1/3cup of oats about half an hour prior to my workout. That's it man..

TweetAlso bro when I first started the diet. I still had what jenny craig calls a "sensible dinner" just keep the portion size the same as your other meals - you'll still see great results and then you can get more strict when you stop seeing results. Just play with it man - it's really easy.

TweetNo I don't take in any fruit and I'm pretty bad about taking in veggies too. That is something I need to work on.
