Barbell Bench Presses 5 sets 5 reps
Incline Dumbbell Presses 3 sets 10-12 reps
Cable Crossovers 3 sets 10-12 reps
Do the flat benches with as heavy a weight as you can do five reps with. Make sure that you warm up thoroughly with some push ups, a few light benches and plenty of stretching first though. Do the dumbbell work at a medium pace, pretty heavy weight, but keep it moving, don't lock out at the top. Use the cable crossovers to burn the shit out of your chest at the end. After this you won't want anyone to breathe on your chest for atleast 4-5 days.
