Thanks man.......yeah, that's me on Mex deca and Mex test with 4 day/wk work outs and eating anything good or bad (main concern being calories). My metabolism is extremely fast (for 30) and I never loose vascularity, so I can't complain too much. I just wish I could make it to 195-200 (im 6ft).

It's all genetic (she just does cardio now).....she just carries her bodyfat up top, not down below. She's 33 in that pic....34 now.
