Gotta get my a** back in gear...
TweetDown to about 180lbs. 5' 7''..... Used to stay about 195lbs but injuries and the job have distracted me. So I just dieted the past year and tried to keep in "beach shape".
So now it's time to get serious again. Planning on competing again next July here in AR.
