      Down to about 180lbs. 5' 7''..... Used to stay about 195lbs but injuries and the job have distracted me. So I just dieted the past year and tried to keep in "beach shape".

      So now it's time to get serious again. Planning on competing again next July here in AR.

      I think you look great. Not everyone can "live" that lean and still make gains at the gym. I'm one of them. I can get down to contest levels but my body DOES NOT want to live there. Good luck even though it looks like you have matters in hand.

      Dude you still look good for not hitting it hard. Everything is still there in the pics you showed. If I can just get you to go through with it I think you can do damage again at the AR show

      look pretty solid bro. i did the same thing this summer. went down to 197-198...was not a happy camper. getting back up has been tuff this time! i'm eating everything i see to try to get over 220 again, but i'm at a stand still...but, i'm sure you got more experiance than me

      IVE BEEN IN ONE FOR A WHILE...HERNIATED A DISC IN MY NECK. THEY HAVE SURGERY SCHEDULED FOR DEC. 9TH FOR ME

      Just don't NOT get it fixed with surgery and regret it later... I have been lucky with things like that so I really don't know what to tell ya as far as surgery goes.
