all natty, j used to be overweight on his size, he then decided to lift and he only ate chicken and rice, lost lot of fat and this is what was left

awesome J!.. Great job! I imagine that's been some work, but you've shaped up nicely. You're a beast any which way you look at it. But get that bodyfat percentage on down, and you'll look way more insane...and your man Vandoo ain't bullshyttn either...pack 20-30lbs more of lean mass, and you'll "scare the world" indeed brotha...guy your size...it's all about lean mass, and keeping that bodyfat low.
