okay d150...just for you. I'm gonna go ahead and humiliate myself and throw pride right out the window for the sake of representing what not to do. This is what a few years of on/off, mostly off, training, and going from the top of your 'a' game in the gym to no game and all construction business for 3yrs. I could've came out much worse, but I did bust my ass physically on the jobsites, which gave me a decent daily workout during the booming couple yrs of my construction company...that, along with my favorite supps actually kept me looking pretty decent thru the busy construciton years. As for the most recent 6months. I let myself go pretty bad as you see, but my training has went from half ass to first class recently, so just take these pics as "before" shots because I'm training with heart and dedication again finally.

And yeah, my lilly white ass is glowing.
