I think he is just one big mofo!
Thanks for the comments bros. Highly appreciated. I will say this one more time that the pictures are not edited or anything like that. I would cheat myself and lie to myself.
I do think I lost some thickness because of heart palpitations and other health problems that I've been suffering from.
Thanks for the support.
dont worry bro your pics look great your a big dude for sure. You ever step on stage?
I never competed but always wanted to do so. It's just that I honestly can't stand and suffer from the things "you have to do and stay from" when you compete. I give a lot of respect to anyone who is an amateur competitor and esp. going pro and IFBB pros. The things you have to do, the sacrifice and everything else is just what never made me compete. I'm 28 now, expecting a child , running a gym so honestly I don't have the time and share for what it takes to be a competitive bodybuilder.
Throw some damn wheel pics up bro.
very thick bro!
here are some wheels ...enjoy.. :blue:
totally photoshoped LOL sorry I had to.. Your massive bro, I want to get my legs like yours (that sounds wrong) I am surprised you never got on stage it looks like it would be easy for you to take a trophy.
You a big guy I hope you share some of your trade secrets.
Actually I think my legs are well developed and toned but I would still like them to be more thick and I feel like they do not match my upper body as I'm def. more thick in my upper body than legs. I also need some more work on hamstrings you can tell that they are there but not at the peak like I want them to be.
As far as legs goes I do a lot of leg presses, super heavy sets 4 sets 3-4 reps super-heavy...and for calves I do regular calf raises, machine raises.. 3 sets 15-25 reps.
lol, legs and cardio are the most 2 things i hate doing but after a while man...when you see your legs grow and when you see your mid section getting tighter and tighter you almost cant wait to do another cardio or do your legs.
