      My wife has started lifted about 3 months ago. Since then, she has gone from a size 10 in women;s jeans to a size 6. She has also gone from 152 to 161 gaining 9 pounds while still dropping her waist size. She's 5'7" tall and is 38 years old. Up until 3 months ago she was basically a couch potatoe. Everywhere she goes, people ask her if she is a bodybuilder as her shoulders and arms are rather large. Here's a pic taken in Florida a few weeks ago.

      She's more enthusiastic than her 46 year old, pudgy-ass trainer.

      I've been out of the gym for 8 months whilst going through a very nasty divorce. Now I'm back in the gym and training like I did when I first started. I hope to get back to 245 and single digit BF which is where I was a year ago. I'm now at 11% BF, 5'11" tall, and weigh 230. Funny....everywhere we go, people ask HER if SHE'S a bodybuilder. Nobody's asking me that.
