Still need to work on back, hamstring and rear delts as they are my weak points. just been ruff this offseason with all my injury's and all.

TweetAlso about 3 and half weeks ago i suffered mercury poisoning from steak albacore white tuna
I was eating 5 per day and that pushed me into having flu like symptoms. was sick for 2 days then i thought it was only flu, so i went back on diet and ate 3 tuna steak in the AM then another 2 before training and that night was just pure hell
Now i'm better and eating light tuna canned
