TweetHere are some snap shots at 6 weeks out I was to lazy to put up last week...been busy and started cardio am and pm this weekend (4 weeks out)....I was 249-253 depending on day and time. Sitting at 245 today..So on track for 235ish in 4 weeks....I felt I was a little behind at 6 weeks out and have picked up the pace and working my azz off...Still holding decent mass but feel flat as hell, which is normal at this point.
