TweetYeah bro, this is the first time I REALLY have been under 7% and THEN you see what you keep and lose...For me I always thought my legs were good, well now that my upper body is keeping size its my legs that are losing size. I think its from all the cardio and starting at such a high BF%....Goal is to win this one and then bring my legs up for the next...Unless your close to pro I think we all lose something when dieting down like this...All we can do is focus on that part in the off-season brotha!!

TweetSince you're bodyfat is so low at 6 weeks out, it might be good to split your cardio if you're not doing it already. Cardio for bodybuilding comp. is far different because the only thing that you want to loose is the fat, not the muscle. To preserve the muscle, 20-30 minutes of fast walking on a treadmill twice a day should be enough. Good luck bro. Looking sharp!
TweetHere is a couple at 4 weeks out...247lbs in these pics...Just got done doing cardio so am sweaty as hell...lol Calves need work in the off season along with legs in general... I am going to still keep up cardio am and pm along with short high rep workouts to keep mass. Diet at 3 weeks out has switched to only chicken, fish, and turkey for protein sources. Show is in 3 weeks EXACTLY to the day and these pics were at 4 weeks out. Was pinched today at 6% Exactly today at 245.

Thats exactly what I have been doing bro...I do the stepmill 30 min am empty stomach and 30-45 min treadmill in the pm after lifting...I have NOTICED a huge difference in just this the last two weeks...From week 4 to 3 the changes are almost daily with the T3 and the clen started Thanks Meso and good luck with your prep bro...my bro in town who is helping me won the caveman classic and will be in your class at the JR's....Going to be a good show brotha and wish you good luck my friend.
