TweetI have not used the Muscle Juice but I know people who do and it can work.
It has a Menthol base and some other things that brings out the veins.
There is another oil that used to be called Hot Stuff I think.
It's basically the same thing.
You will find if you use Icy Hot or some other type oif linement rub it will work too.
I found a a spray that had nearly the same ingredients as the Muscle Juice/Hot Stuff and it worked for me.
The problem is it's temporary and if the building is cold you can get a chill.
There are some other things that can be used but I have not tried them - YET!

You guys may have already heard of it but in case you haven't I pass the info along.

Tweetone show I went to there was a guy that had crazy vascularity and back stage he had a UV heat lamp that was hand held he was holding over his arms and legs and I guess it helped kinda like how the sun makes you vascular. He won first so I guess it helped.I think he used that Hot stuff spray as well.

I saw one guy who used it and was FREAKY!
Unfortunately as soon as he stepped away from it and finally got on stage he was no longer veiny. we had to stand in line for our routines and it takes several minutes before you get on stage sometimes. To make matters worse is if it's cold in the building your veins hide big time.
I thought about using a bath robe and just dropping it before I walk out but then it could take off some of the oil, etc.
They just need to heat the building to 104!! Then it would be OK.

TweetHey Mike, it was like a lamp kinda, the bulb was a UV bulb but it was a screw in type like a regular light bulb. It had a handle on it like a spotlight type light. Might be able to get something like it from a tanning bed store or online shop that sells tanning beds and supplies.

It's been a few day since any significant amount of carbs and it looks it.
Next week is a dead week (I'm traveling all week w/ crap food and no workout facility) and the diet will take a setback but such is life.
If only I could get rid of the extra hair and get a little color I would feel better about posting these.
The diet is working as the waist size is down a significant amount.
after next week it will be full speed ahead and time to make some major improvements.

But I have few things to tweak and once I get back from my road trip I will see how it turns out.

I was really hoping the veins would show up that I can see but it will be evident in a few more weeks.

TweetLooks like your delts have improved quite a bit from that last show. I agree with your statment about it being pointless to get up on stage and look the same (unless you're an elite pro). Progress is the motivator! GL at the next show brother.

Dave - I don't know what I'm weighing in at right now.
Once I start dieting and can see visual progress I don't step onthe scale again.
Having done this a few times I have an idea if where I need to be condition wise and the scale doesn't play a part in that.
The only thing I can say is that I'm 5'11'' and the last time I checked and taped them my arms were near 21" but that was a few weeks back.
Legs were pushing near 30" but I know I've dropped some of the size simply due to the fat.
We shall see what the next few weeks have in store.
