I tried that but I don't see the vein coming from his shoulder going to his bicep.. must be blind in the eyes or something..

No problem there, it's not disrespectful to ask a question like that.
If you would have said "Hey you lying piece of SH!T" Well that would be different.
I can totally understand you questioning the photos and I take no offense to that.
Tell you what I'll do - and this may give me a little kick in the arse I am in need of.
I will post some more pics in a week or two, then again in a week or two and you can see the differences. Most likely it will 2 weeks apart, not much changesin a week.
Or I could simply pump up a bit before taking the photos but I'm pretty lazy and honestly don't feel like it.
I may have some other photos I can post but they are pretty lean to so I doubt that would show any similarity to the "fat pics" anyway.
If I find something on my work computer I'll post it, I lost my other computer that had many more photos and I don't know where my wife put the CD with the previous pics. The photos I posted here are from another site that I "re-saved" to my new computer simply so I could post these for Mikey and Corrodo.
But no big deal either way.
Like I said maybe it will give me that extra push to make me hit the gym and do some cardio, etc.
But I do have a question - if I get the photos up and show that the fat arse in the pics is really me and I lean out enough to give the proof enough to you -do I get a "RIGHT ON SAL - GO KICK SOME TAIL!" ??????
Sal
TweetI see the mean veins in the BOTH pics bro...ONLY on my desktop flat screen NOT on my laptop...But I do see them NOW GO GET YOUR AZZ IN GEAR AND SET A DATE ALREADY!!!! LOL

Hi Mike -
I used Pro-Tan and it only took two coats.
I did tan at a besd for about 2-3months prior though, so that helps make it all look even.
But I also did a little extra that I think helps.
I take Nuetrogena body oil and use that to help make the Pro-Tan "take" a little better.
The oil goes on first and it is rubbed into the body well so no extra oil is on you.
Then after your skin is moisturized you put the ProTan on. I did two coats, one after the other alowwing time to dry. After it has dried well thenI take the body oil and rub it all in again. This evens out the tan and helps it stay in the skin. ProTan will dry you out.
With the oil on I put on the sweats and go to bed for the night. I did this Thursday. The next day I let my buddy check out my color and he said it was good so I kept covered and just worked the oil in a couple of times on Friday. If I needed more tan iwould have done it then.
I kept the sweats on and try to get things warm to get it all to flow well together. Sat morning I took a TINY bit of tan and put it in a bowl with the oil and mixed it and used that to rub in one more time. This is more for areas that don't get as much direct tan. Feet, the line of hair on your head. Watch your knees and elbows if they are too dry then the tan will be extremely dark there. Same for feet. I ue the mixture ont he feet because I hate to see a rear dboule bicep with a white foot and a tan leg. But that's just me.
The key to getting the color even is using the oil and getting it all to flow together. This gets rid of the brush lines, etc.
When I got the show my partner wasin the audience and checked out the color of some of the earlier classes and came back to check how dark they were compared to me. He felt we were on the money so we stayed with what we had.
IF he would have needed to Ihad the Pro-Tan and oil with me just n case.
I also used that oil just before going on stage and we used a wadded up towel to take off any places that had too much.
Some guys use Pam cooking spray and other things but this seems to work well and I stick with it.
At least it works well for me.
I hope that helps.

TweetI was wondering the same thing...Thanks Sal
TweetThe date is set, I just need to commit 100% to doing it!!
I know I'm a pie-hole!!!
I know what show I'm shooting for but I will shoot you a PM and give you some more insight as to what's going on.
Mikey and I have talked about this already so I will bring you up to speed too.
It's the least I can do if I'm going to be yelling at you to get the job done and I'm sitting on a fence post on indecision.
You got a PM coming.
