Tweetthanks all
TweetMikey,
How much weight do you figure you'll put on prior to the slow cutting process after?
Are you planning a long diet phase and if so do you think less bulk would make the diet phase easier?
I know it's a fine line when adding size before a show and only having X amount of time to do so.
I'm at the point now where the diet has officially started but the whole phase just sort of shifted from bulking to refinement in a continual process.
It didn't just switch from balls to the wall mass gaining to "Oh My! I need to cut." Just a swing from one to the other. It seemed to help in keeping a tighter waist....not that you have to worry about that!!

I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
Tweetok now ia'm at 225lbs.....ia'm bulking up to 235 and i have till end of march and my show will be on august 11th which i will start dieting april the 1st for 4 months(16 weeks)i know its long, but my prep guy wants me to diet sooo slow so i dont loose any of my size...his strategy is to lose fat first and then get me flat(as carb depleted) and fill me back out(at the same time getting rid of water by using dieuretics).....does it make sense? do u have suggestions that u can enlighten me with?
Tweetwhy not dry out with salt loading and then use just tiny bit dierurectics near the end???? ...relying in dierurectics is crap shoot you might dry all the way out or you body might react funny and then you spill over and look watery come show time... sorry mikey you told his deal before and to me it was scary as hell
Tweethell yea !! looking good bro !!
If bigger is better then im better than ever !
TweetI know it all sounds scary. But using diurectics in competition is about as common as a child eating boogers. If you think of the amount of Insulin these guys use, that should scare you more than diuretics themselves. Fact is, when I was going to compete, I knew I was going to have to use Lasix. I didn't like it, but it was a fact I was going to have to get used to. Just look at the cycles pros run. Using Lasix should rank about number 12 on the "most scariest things bodybuilders do" list.

but i have also seen a friend that dieted right used there over the counter fat burners and salt loaded to trick the body and he dried way out and actually one his class and the overall so i know it can be done ....i am not against lasix at all but to completely rely them you have to admit it is crap shoot it might work it might not. remember paul dillet most famous for totally locking up on stage and had to carried off because her completely relied on lasix
Tweeti was wondering where your tats were?
