My chest is hopeless no matter how much i bench it refuses to grow. Then again my training is solely for pounds on the bar I gave up on a BB type physique long
ago.Very low reps some speed work no high volume 2hr workouts for me.
The funny thing about my bis is i only use them to pull now. They get 2x8 of some form of curl every week and thats it. Thats why i was amazed when i notice the improvements.
TweetThey were just under 16 in the first pic. No idea now they might be an inch bigger. I havent measured them in a long time. It used to piss me off they wouldnt grow.

TweetMan bro, I think your biceps are over shadowing your triceps now. Great work on them for sure! Hit the v-bar press down using drop sets and that will flare out that outer tircep head. None the less, great job!
