On the positive side nice Traps in the second pic. Your arms are pretty nice also, but you need a little more definition in them. I think your main focus right now should be chest though. Your really lacking in the chest area.

How could he take it any different. It sounds like you are out right calling him a liar. That wasn't worded well if you weren't trying to offend.

I know a cat at the gym that wieghs 165 but if you had to guess you'd say 185. A lot of it is that he is lean but he also has small bones which apparently accounts for a large percentage.

Byron, you're looking good bro. Being lean in the winter time is overrated. Keep doing your thing.

First of when people post picks and stats they open themselves up to being critiqued. When I posted pics I specifically said to please give constructive criticism. You can't get mad when people state the obvious.

yeah your saying your friend looks like he weighs more than he really does. Well I'm saying that byron doesn't look like what he weighs. So that would coincide with your example.

And if you read what I said I did compliment his positive attributes but I just said I didn't see the weight. Some people overexaggerate things. I'm not saying he's a liar, I just wondered if he inflated the number.

You obviously thought you over stepped your bounds because you followed that comment up with, "I'm not trying to offend you though."

I could easily say after seeing your pictures that you look waaaaaay smaller than 185. How does that help you? It doesn't. So if you want to critque then critique but don't take shots and try to disguise it as a criticism.

Okay but that's just an ignorant comment on your end. That's the difference. Your one of those that likes to only pick out what you don't agree with in my post and not comprehend the rest of it. Anyone with half a brain could tell I weigh that because I'm top heavy. I've got legs like toothpics and a big upper body. I don't know to many people that can say they're
6'2.5" weighing 185lbs with 17" arms. Most people have to weigh 20lbs more than that to have the same size arms, so go on being ignorant.

If I was a jackass and said I weigh 215lbs and posted pics I sure as hell would expect to get torn apart, being that many other people on here are the same height and weight and are much bigger than me. I simply said he was waay smaller than the rock, and you have the audacity to call me out on saying that? Are you saying Byron looks like the rock? Muscle ways more than fat so if he's waaay bigger and weighs about the same then something is wrong with this picture.

I'd also like to note that many people like to do this thing called showboating. Some people inflate their numbers to feel good about themselves. I guarantee many people on here do that. I see so many people claiming they lift 10,000,000 lbs and you can tell by their size it's highly unlikely. I for one don't do that and call others when I feel they do. I'm not trying to offend them I'm just calling their bluff. I'm also not trying to cover up a shot, as you say. I just know you basically have to word things as carefully as possible with so many sensitive people out their.

Okay but I'm 6'2.5" and I'm about 188lbs now. Byron's bigger in the chest area as he looks bigger bones, whereas I've got bigger arms. I don't see how someone that is a little bigger than me outweighs me by 50LBS! I can see maybe 20lbs but 50lbs is a stretch. Especially since he's shorter. Shorter people are bigger than taller since their frame is smaller to fill out.
