still eating everything for the week but I did get right back to the gym tonight...very good back workout and a small 15min stairstepper sprint...it felt really awesome...I can tell I did that cool strength rebound thing...but playtime is over at the end of the week diet wise...I want to really really stay as lean as possible this year so my next show prep is not as stressful...

I've already started bulking...hehehehehe...it's gonna be lean this time though...and probably will just stick with tbol and maybe igf again this year...worked really well last time so why mess with a good thing
