TweetLooking good bro! Congrats on the gold! What are your stats?
I'd say you can add some mass to your back and shoulders. Everything else looks good in my opinion!
TweetHi..these were pics taken of my last competition and the night b4 the competition (btw i finally maneged to bag the gold for this one and at age 19 which makes me the youngest to do it so woohooo) ..id appriciate everyone's opinion on what are my strenghts and weakenesses for my next competition, id also like to thank all the ppl who keep this great forum rolling with all thier frequent discussions i sure wouldnt have got this far if i hadnt kept reading all the great discussions in this forum, id also like to apologize for hardly ever posting much stuff myself...even tho iv been a member for so long...

Tweeti'd say back thickness and shoulders, everything else seems pretty nice, especially for 19. keep it up bro, you look great!
TweetNot bad for 19 at all. To me it looks like you pay attention to what you can see while training and posing. Your back, traps, shoulders and hammies need to catch up with the rest of you. Adding overall thickness (chest to back) would create that illusion of being much larger than you are.
I'm impressed with your quads and their size. I think they may need a llittle more depth and density to them as your upper body is so well defined and they don't match that well...That upper body to lower body transition should be flawless imo.
Good luck bro, by the time you hit 25 you're going to be a monster!
Tweet^ iwas gonna say the sames things Nate said... quads could look more dence but you have everything you need to get them there
TweetIn all honesty, that's what you are looking for, I'd say you need to get more cut for your next show. You need more seperation in the quads. Your delts and biceps look good. I would focus on exercises that getyour lats wider too. That will really look good since you have such a small waist line. But the biggest thing is getting more cut.
Also, do you have any pics of you winning the gold? It would be great to have one for the board.
TweetFirst of all for your age: u are doing very well..keep it up.
2) u need to train heavier with less reps
3) increase ur calories and protein intake
4) like what nate said:posing
5)your hammies and calves and thickness on your back
6) ur lower bodies need to be more dry.....ur upper body is way drier than your lower
7)upper chest and rear del, otherwise, u are doing well,
any ???? u have, just post em up and we will help u out
TweetGreat development, I'd say ur well on ur way. Great job on the win! I'd say u need more mass like it was suggested earlier by NATE & MIKEY etc. At ur age what a great start!!!
Tweetyeah, i didn't think of that...you could have been a lot drier. not knockin you by any means bro, you've done very well so far. keep it up.

^^dick head, u read my mind too...
i was gonna say, that cruz needs to work on his diet for the next show in order to look more shredded and HOW TO GET RID OF THE WATER ON HIS LEGS, THEY ARE SOOO SMOOTH but big BUT like i said for 19, u are way ahead
Tweetlookin great for 19yo ! ur quads look real thick ,do back more and traps !

TweetI will give you a straight up assessment like the rest, but first I want to give you a big congrats on what you have accomplished so far. You have great size for your age and are way ahead of most. The big thing is that you are very balanced for your age. It's the 19 year olds that focus so damn much on something like arms that run into problems down the road. You have a good system in creating mass on your legs so stick to it!! By adding some thickness and creating better detail like the rest have said, you will come in much better next time. Mainly, the only thing you need to work on is gonna come with time.
So keep it up and keep the 1st place trophies comin!!

TweetHey..thnx for everyone's opinions..yea..somehow iv always been able to go heavy with my squats my leg day consists of doing 405pound squats for about a dozen reps...i definatly agree i need more overall mass and my biggest problem has always been trying to get my lower body more cut while increasing my upper body mass...when it comes to a competition i can diet down til my upper body gets rip to shreads to the extend of losing size but my lower body cuts only show a bit...im starting to wonder if its more on my training than my diet...btw here's my stats
Age: 19
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 155 (competition) 170 (offseason)
Years in training:4-5 years
Years in competition :3 (i got bronze and silver 2 years before this)
Measurements are all competitive measurements
Arms: 16.5"
Quads: 24"
Waist: 28"
Chest: 43"
TweetI agree with what most everyone else said. Back and hams need to come up but chest and quads definately look solid. Keep up the good work and remember us when you turn pro.
