Not bad for 19 at all. To me it looks like you pay attention to what you can see while training and posing. Your back, traps, shoulders and hammies need to catch up with the rest of you. Adding overall thickness (chest to back) would create that illusion of being much larger than you are.

I'm impressed with your quads and their size. I think they may need a llittle more depth and density to them as your upper body is so well defined and they don't match that well...That upper body to lower body transition should be flawless imo.
