My diet: started in May 06
30 minutes cardio morning on empty stomach w/ 1/2 grapefruit and r-ala ....its been so hard waking up in the morn lately tired have to be @ work by 6 am
meal 1) 1/2 C Oatmeal with 30 grams Muscle Milk stirred in w/Tbsp Flaxseed Oil, 1 Banana
meal 2) 12 egg whites, salsa .....lately drink 12 egg whites wit 2 -3 tbs all natty organic peanut butter been lazy in the morning
meal 3) 50G Isopure Choc shake 1/2 banana, 1/2 handful almonds
meal 4) 1 Chicken Breast, Baby carrots
pre ) Protein Bar
post) muscle milk protein drink
meal 5) Filet Mignon, Salmon Fillet, or Chick Breast. Veggies and Salad
meal 6) 1/2 cup cottage cheese ....lately 1-2 scoops ATW chocolate micellar casein protein
5 -7 days a week 45 min cardio
5 days a week weight training
300 grams protein ed
keep the carbo load down and only at the crucial times in the day (morn, after workout, etc)

Do u think that much cardio is creating a greater catabolic effect?
Is Meal 6 a the protein a drink & cottage cheese or do u mix the protein in with the cottage cheese?

Tweetthanks everyone ! yes shiny aas oiled abs ....lol almolst done my cutting but injured my back again so took another week off this cycle was a complete mess well back to the drawing board .
