      Between 5'6'' and 5'7'' and around 195lbs right now. No idea of BF% right now. Just playing with my diet and gear....no cardio.

      I could be a lot tighter if I just did some damn cardio, but I am seeing what I can do just through diet so the next time I compete I won't lose so much muscle precontest.

      And I HATE cardio.
