      At 6'4" and 221 lbs.

      Took these pics today in the blue shorts. All the sweat is from Im kinda flat from the carb cutoff thing.

      Pic in the black shorts flexing was from 6/22/06 -about 225 lbs

      Pic of the back double bi was about a month ago. -about 230 lbs

      When I pose in front of the mirror, I think I look good then when the chic takes pics I think I look small plus I pose all lop-sided. I cant seem to pose uniform without the mirror. I think the cheapo camera takes bad lighting pics.

      Any advice on my progress? The abs are starting to come out a little, just want to see the abs well before I start clean bulking.

      Light skin + the flash of the camera always does that reflecting thing lol..

      still, now that you've slimmed down you look bigger and stronger and MUCH leaner!
