TweetDude, I am definately way to strickon my back form. In every video you see of him or Ronnie or even Dorian they all use momentum on their rows and their lat pulls. Also, I noticed the they all three pull their rows toward their upper back. Seated rows they lean back past perpendicular, bent over rows they aren't even bent over (LOL), and lat pulls they start upright and lean back about 45 degrees. It's so confusing because you expect the guys at that level to have the best form but in actuality they don't. They use momentun to move that weight. I may have to lesson up on that a little because I try not to use any momentum at all and as a result I use less weight than most guys on most back exercises.
