      U must be in single bf digits bro! dam good work! As for the back I'd find a way to work around the injury...don't do rows. But sumthing light, controlled, high-rep, contract & hold every rep. Truly If ur back was really f'd up u wouldn't be standing.

      Looking good bro!!! Do as mrthnhmn said and work around the injury. i actually injured my wrist 3 weeks ago and couldn't even curl 25lbs dumbbells because my wrist hurt so bad, I just worked around it and used 15lbs dumbbells and did 50 rep sets. It's amazing how at such high reps your muscles burn so much.
