If you look at the difference between what I was when I was 45lbs lighter and what I am now it's a difference of night and day!
Just for the record I wasn't trying to be a jerk like I've already mentioned before. I told him he had nice definition in his arms. It was taken waaaay out of proportion. Whenever I post pics I expect people to be brutally honest! That's what constructive criticism is about. So you know what to change.

No worries bro, we all get defensive here and there. Computers suck because you can't tell the context of how people are saying things. How someone says something can make one word have very many different meanings.
And I posted my pic for whoever it was that asked me to post my pic up there. I don't want you to think that I'm trying to hijack your thread or compare myself to you.

My current cycle that is nearing it's end has dropped me from 235 to 220. I wasn't after that but i went with it bc i feel bigger and my overall appearance is much bigger. it's weird to say that bc it doesn't make much sense but it's true, i guess lol.
Don't sweat it bro...BB is a sport of illusions. If i can weight 215- 220 and look 235-240 i'll be more than happy to have it that way.
