TweetJust wanted to show you my progress after 3 months of dieting. The first pic is of my bicep at 198lbs and around 18.6% bodyfat. The second pic is me as of today 179lbs and 14.3% bodyfat. I'm trying very hard to get down to 10% before my next cycle. Hoepfully I'll at least get to 12% by the end of this month!!! Let me know what you guys think!

TweetThanks bro. In March I had started doing low-GI and taking ephedrine w/ Lipo-6. Starting today I stopped the ephedrine and lipo-6. I'm just going to be doing Atkins. I've been doing 1 hr of cardio 3 nights a week and 30 minutes of cardio 2 nights a week. I've been burning about 1000 to 1100 calories during the 1hr cardio sessions. I still can't lose the spare tire though. It's gone down a little but still not completely deflated!!!! LOLOriginally Posted by crombie09
