      Last time i posted pics was probably last yr in march I was 18yrs about 150lbs this is me @ 194lbs and just turned 19 in Feb. Im about to start cutting since no matter what i do i cant gain anymore weight

      yea i put on that much weight in a year, i ate really good and i ate alot, i worked out to what applied perfectly for me and i never overtrained. its not 54lbs of muscle i did gain some fat due to eating so much with little cardio, im the biggest one in my family and i could gian anymore weight no matter what i did so i decided to cut oh yea and im 5'7.5"

      my arms are 17in maybe a little over that, and yea 54lbs in a yr is pretty crazy, my goal is to be what i am right now at like 6-8% BF, bbut i dont know if thats possible for me, and i plan on stayin all natural
