Tweetto start off im 21 from jersey. ive been working out for about 2.5years now. each year is better then the last. open to comments on what should be hit harder. no legs pics now. and ye si know the abs need work too. Im 6'2 190 in these pics.

heres what you work on to blow up
work on your big 3 lifts and get them super big...
Eat MASS quanities of protein ...at leat 2 grams of protein minimum
coupled w/ that good supplements, decent diet, rest, and smart training you'll be looking like 1 million bucks.. But u're nice and lean and havea good base, and thats real good to have

Tweet19 years and 6'2" ? wish I was that young and had your waistline. Like the guys said eat good and train the big 3,..Deadlift, squat and bench. You'll be packing on the mass before ya know. Oh, BTW glad to have ya with us bra !

TweetThanks for the input. Yes i do the big 3. My max are Bench 275*2 Squat 275*3 DeadLift 265*2...i think i have more power then my size shows. Ive come a long way since i started lifting i was only 155lbs. Yes i eat big, seams to take me a little longer to pack on the lbs. Since the start of my clean bulk ive put on about 6lbs in 3.5weeks so its working. Ive always have been lean and hell so thats not going to be a problem. thanks again

from my point of view:
lift heavy weights, no more than 15 exercises PER MUSCLE GROUP and no more than 5-7 reps super heavy.....TAKE A REST LIKE 2 MNS BETWEEN EACH SET AND ADD LIKE 10-15 POUNDS MORE EVERYTIME UP FINSIH UP A SET.
