TweetThese are the best I could do for the time being, I had to take them myself in the bathroom mirror(have a full mirror in my room but the lighting wasnt good enough for quality pics, Ill get someone to snap full shots soon, plus i had to hold the camera so it doesnt let my pecs hang like normal (i was paranoid about that when i looked at the pics) and hitting the tanning bed wouldnt hurt it would def help bring out the definition better. I took 2 years off completely from the gym and have been back in there since this past March so be gentle when criticizing. I turned 24 in March and went back in the gym that day and havent looked back, weighed 194 when i started back up lifting so im pretty damn happy with my progress so far, dunno how i made it those 2 years without it, started as an injury and i just got out of habit, guess i was burnt out too on the lifestyle, i lived the athlete/bodybuilder lifestyle for years and got into the party scene and I would have to say those 2 years out of the gym were the darkest/ most self destructive ive ever experienced and plan on experiencing. The scales said 222.5 sunday afternoon upon wakening. My immediate goal is 235 so im not that far away, plus it doesnt hurt that i weighed 240-245 previous to the break, its def alot easier to gain it back then it was the first time around. Im gonna work on strength when i reach my goal on weight though right now its increasing every week with just heavy volume training. Current stats (all cold) are 6'2 222-223, Quads/hams 27.25 in, Biceps 16.5, Waist is 32, calves are 15.5 which is my only problem area, im pretty proportional all around but unless i pull my shorts up it makes my legs look smaller then they are. Ill post some full shots in about 4-5 weeks after i add about 10 more lbs and I PS my mirror needs cleaned.
