      Thank's guys...I just can't wait to get back into competition shape and see definitions in my quads again!
      I will start my precontest this Monday and will share with all of you in the journal section, pic's and everything...you will see how much of a difference 40# can make on a 5'3" frame!

      My arms and esp. my biceps are my weakess link, I have to work ultra hard to get thems to grow just a little...my calves and quads are my strongest bodyparts...I VERY rarely train my calves, they grow on their own.

      I was not on cycles on theses and was all natural

      In fact, this year is my first experiementing with AAS, before that...I only relied on good old anabolic foods....and a very stubborn mind

      Lot's of REAL foods, basics heavy lifting and a very strong mind....is all it's need to built a strong, sexy beautiful body. but this you already KNOW!

      If I could compete all the way to the Nationals naturally any ladies can reach their fitness goals naturally.....if only peoples could understand this before taking the easy route....building a body is a slow proccess...
