8 week before and afters
TweetCouldn't have done this without ironaddict. im sure he does not want to her this but because of shit happening in my life(damn women,food poisening, etc.) i probably hit his program at about 80%.
put on 10+ lbs on these pics in 8 weeks. doesn't show much in pics but the measurements are there. very happy with results. must have put on some good muscle because although i put on a little fat no way it was the majority of the weight gained.
I am italian so it took me till december to lose my tan as you can see.
well i see myself alot so maybe you bros can tell me where the weight is??
i figured you guys did not need to see my ass crack so i gave that a edit.
gained: arm +5/8" , leg+ 1", waist +1/2"

Tweetthanks bros, i thought the pics would show the progress as good as the scale and tape did.
there really is a 10-12lb difference it just doesnt show that well.
in before and after pics usually the 1st pic is pale and dry and the after is oiled up and tan but i did the opposite
