You're lean which is good, but you could definitely work on adding some mass. Bring the chest and shoulders out more. It would only help with your physique - I guess I could also ask you what your goals are as far as physique because everyone is different. Some people want to be big some people just want to be lean and some people need to stay a certain weight and just want to be as muscular and lean for that weight as possible.

It sounds like not much has changed with your physique as far as i can tell form the replies here. Can you post a pic instead of a attatchment in case others have a problem viewing???

Tweetwell, your certainly a lean guy..the comment about needing a little more mass is a good suggestion.

Yeah i remember that too but i think people should give him a chance and see if he's changed since then. I think he's still pretty young and we're not here to crush anyones dreams or goals, we are here to help them achieve, to move forward. Of course i have not seen the pics so what i just said could be a giant line of BS, all i can do is wait and see.

TweetFor some odd reason i remember seeing a younger person in the other pictures. Are you sure your the same person, lol! Whats your age and stats. You definately have a very good base to work with, but i do agree that you need some bulk, even if you want a lean look, id say you still need at least 30lbs. Maybe you are a runner or swimmer??
