Tweetabs are done so now, bulk up your arms, chest, shoulders, traps, quads, calvs........... Like someone said before 20lbs will do nothing but help in basketball.

Tweetu have a good frame to werk with but everyone who is skinny has abs...u cant be too hung up on that....its the big guys who have abs u can tell werked for it...most of them ne how.....u have to put on some mass before u can start to sculp ure body....and while ure eating dont worry about losign sight of those abs...cuz they will dissapear when u start to bulk....i found it easier to just bulk year round and keep my bf at 12 %..once i start competing i will obviously rip up..
