TweetHey GP, I'm here...just quiet!! I'm 3 weeks in to my bulker and my weight is up from 250 to 265 now(gotta love slin) and still growing. Hope to reach 280 lbs before the new year...Key word there: HOPE!! lol I'm definitely in my growth phase...my appetite is through the roof an my strength is better than ever. Got 8 reps with the 160 lb DB's(finally in a gym that has dumbells over 150) on the incline this week and 5 reps with 675 on squats(free)...both are personal bests. Thanks for remembering me
So, enough about me...how is your training going?
Big C
TweetI hate being sick...I always go to the gym anyways and make it worse. MEATHEAD syndrom...lol
I had been stopping at 585 for 8-9 reps in the past but decided to bump it up last week. I've never been able to do more than 2 reps with 675 until last week. Very happy but actually more excited about the 160 lb dumbells on incline.415 on squats is still a good lift...he should be proud of that.
I had to back out of this yrs Nationals due to an injury to my shoulder...I took about 30 days off in mid August/Sept I'm just going to concentrate on the 2005 NPC California and 2005 Jr. Nationals...I am undecided on which pro qualifier I will be doing next yr.
Congrats on your engagement...when are you getting married? My wife and I just had our 9 yr anniversary in August!!
