      I can tell you young bro how big of cycle did you run BTW?
      Do you want my honest opinion of watered down one. lol I honestly think you need to spend more time with diet and training and bulking before doing cycles? (looks like you got slight case of gyno... common)
      corect me if I'm wrong you are very lean but I think you should wait a bit longer and put on some mass natty.
      If I told ya not to I'd be a hypocrit cause I was 15 yrs old 225lbs repping 225lbs on the flat bench press.
      I am 34 now only an inch taller 6'1 than I was back than.
      each to ones own definally very lean got to fill out torsao with some meat bro.

      I see kids 20 yrs old wanting to be 250lbs 10% bodyfat and it just don't happen that fast (maybe 1 in a million)..

      I am 34 they say upper 30's is reaching prime take time eat train do SQUATS!
      As they say Rome wasn't built in a day bro.

      i wanted your honest opinion and if thats what you gave me than thanks, and about the gyno, i think its just a skin fold cause there is no bump under it, and im trying to bulk up, i just stay lean cause im a swimmer. i ran t-400 and eq @400 a week for 10 weeks. i also cant get too bulk while being a college athlete, i am already one of the biggest guys on the pool deck, but im happy as hell with myslef and i hope this new found size and strength helps in the water.

      well im 21 in a few weeks, and my diet was in check when i was at home but now its back to drom food, and swim season just started so im gonna lean out even more prob. around 6% and its impossible to gain weight while swimming a crazy ass program like my coach runs, im in the water 2.5 hours a day, and doubles on tues, thurs, then dry land an hour a day and weights mwf, but i dont lift witht eh team cause my coach and i are cool so he lets me lift how i want so i still go 6 days a week but im only doin one body part a day instead of two, cause i would be overtraining, my coach was telling me i was getting to big to swim but it will be all good i feel strong as all hell in the water but i just have to get the endurance up.

      Looks like you need to up the cals, protein and train hard and heavy, get enough sleep too. You'll grow no worries, you just young yet. You can see your work you are just young no probs.

      did i eat? i went form 165 to185 and now i am 180 so i kept 75% of what i put on. read my journal before you post stupid shit like that. i can still put up 275 on bench but i cant rep as much like when i was on. and i feel stronger than ever in the water, im gonna fuck some shit up this year, the thing is i cant get too much bigger without giving up flexability, i dont want to be a body builder, i am a swimmer so i put on the muscle for that purpose only. when im done swimming then i do more cycles and get really big but for now i got it covered. maybe a lean mass cycle next summer but i cant do shit right now cause we get tested by NCAA, so iguess i gotta be good cause it would suck to have to pay for school. saturn, fuzo, mick thank for the encouragement.

      Hey bro i was just askin dont take it offensively, and yeah you mightv'e put kept 15lbs but , 15lbs of what? muscle? doesnt look like it. Come to chambana and let us other illinois boys show you how its done. and by the way im 5'7 175lbs 22yrs old and i was puttin up 275 on the bench at 17 bro, so dont throw that around like your king shit or something.
