Tweetlook great for so young lots of time to grow bro.
I'm 34 reaching my best shape ever after of 2 decades of training take it nice and slow to not get injured.
Tweetbro, you're looking GREAT, especially as DG said, for your age! Your traps are rocking, as are your delts! If you continue to eat big and lift heavy, you're going to be a frigging monster before you graduate high school!
DG gave you some great advice, taking it slow. Not only will it minimize your chances of getting injured, but, if the day comes when you decide to use AAS, you are gonna be one of those guys who gets AMAZING results, becuase you reached your maximum potential naturally before going the AAS route.
Keep up the good work!
Tweetdefinitely an excellent base to start with. Eat right and train hard.
Tweetthanks guys im also up for critque and help as you can see in the first picture my lower abs are lacking should i just focus on lower abs workouts if so how many should i do in a week?
TweetI dunno, they don't seem to be lacking, to me. Have you tried the wheel? I get an amazing pump out of that. Also, depending on what your goals are, assuming that it's to get bigger, abs are no different than any other muscle. If you want them to go, train them heavy.
Tweetno i used to have one around here somwhere, how many sets and reps do u usally do?
Tweet'till they hurt!
TweetDo u know of ne articles or books that i can buy that can help me oout with supplements to use or prepare me for using aas im even sure if im going to do it yet or not but i dont want to make sure i know alot about it before i even attempt to mess with it. ALso this is a good trap exercise its called torso twist most of you probally already know what it is but if u dont ill explain.
Sitting straddle position on the flat bench postion the barbell across shoulders with your arms hanging over. Slowly turn as far as possible from one side to the other but dont ballistically jam yourself into the fully twisted position jerky movements like that are bad for the spine. If you need mroe resitance just add more weight. I usally do 20 on each side of the barbell for 5min 2 sets. 1 at the beggining of my traps workout and the other 5min at the end works well. My Traps are killing me afterwards
TweetI guess that the torso twist works, considering the size of your traps! As far as supplements, I've said it many times, food is the most anabolic substance known to man. You are well on your way to building an amazing foundation for AAS, should you ever decide to use them. Right now, you have so much Test swimming through your body, eat big, train hard and take advantage of it!
Tweetlookin real good buddy, just keep eating and working out. Theres no secret to it, keep workin hard and eatin lots of quality food.
TweetKeep up the hard work bro your looking great......And if you decide to do any AAS wait for a long time grow naturally first and you will have an awesome base
