495 if you count the bar? I was over at a friends house and this is my first time squatting on a smith machine so i didnt go too heavy, repped it out about 12 times. Sorry for the bad quality, it was taken on a camera phone.

its only 450 lol you don't include bar weight on a smith machine. Still pretty impressive.

Yeah, that machine has a counter-balanced bar.

      How low do you go?

^yeah i thought so, it didnt really feel like 495 but again this is my first experience squatting on a smith. I usually go down parallel, occasionally ass to the floor when im feeling crazy but i drop the weight considerably.

balance point is right.....some good weight, but if you were to put that on the free bar, it WOULD really weigh much more. I box squat all the time and it works great. That way I know I go down every single rep.
